As part of the wider Inclusion Education charity our overall aims and objectives are to support young people to reach their full potential, no matter what their background or needs.

Our mission is to provide inclusive education provision which delivers nationally recognised accredited courses and holistically meet the needs of vulnerable and/or disadvantages young people: to raise motivation and aspirations with the young people we work with; and, to support young people in employment in partnership with businesses and the community.

We are committed to making a positive impact to our wider community, challenge the stigma surrounding mental health, neurodiversity and additional learning needs within the workplace, community and wider society to promote greater opportunity and experience for the young people in our care and beyond.

Our school settings encompass these wider objectives, with our vision and values supporting our young people to aspire and succeed and find their place in the wider world.

Our Vision and Values across our school settings are threefold

• We will provide each learner with a safe place to experience personalised teaching and learning and access enriching and diverse opportunities to learn, succeed and achieve.

• We will support each learner to experience personal development founded on supporting positive mental health strategies to become confident, independent and successful young people.

• We will promote mutual respect and celebrate diversity to create an environment of co-operation, kindness and positive social interactions with peers and adults.
